There isn’t one gif that could represent my feelings for this show! So… I will give you a range of reactions. Here is the process I go through each year.

Months before it is time…

HBO premiers a teaser trailer…

I then proceed to play every trailer for everyone I know and their mom regardless of whether they actually watch the show or not.

Waiting for the show to actually start…

The intro begins!

The opening scene comes on and one of my many fav mens comes walks on the screen and I’m like…

The first of many classic Tyrion moments makes it’s appearance…

Cersei says anything really…

Joffery says anything at all..

Jon shows up for barely two minutes…

As Arya’s storyline progresses…

Dany just can’t seem to get her shit together…

Gendry randomly shows up without his shirt…

The last three episodes…

Last ten minutes of the season finale…

Wait… it’s over?

But…but… NOW WHAT???

I realize I have to wait an entire year for more…

This is all followed by me attempting to indulge my GoT feels with tumblr and running into spoilers…

Who do you ship?

Arya/Jaqen

Obviously I’m talking about the extreme potential this ship has once Arya grows up and inevitably seeks Jaqen out. Martin would not have given her a way to find him unless he intended her to eventually do so. These two have too much going for them for their NOT to be something between them in the future. They are both badass assassin types and I need to see this happen. I wonder what actress they would get to play grown up Arya…

Welp as my dear friend Wigs said… “A girl could get laid.”

Dany/Jorah

I honestly think this is very one sided on Jorah’s part but I can’t help thinking how cute they are. Girl! he is damn fine for an older man!

Ygritte/Jon

Damn I just want to see poor Jon get laid! That, and I really love the banter they have going on between them.

And finally…

Tyrion/Sansa

I MEAN COME ON! He saved her from his douchebag nephew. You can’t deny that he could be really good for her. A protector amidst the sharks she’s swimming with in King’s Landing. Ever since I got spoiled on a certain special event that happens in book 3 I have been contemplating this pairing.

Favorite house?

If you’ve been following my GoT challenge posts then this is hardly a surprise to you. When I read the books, other than Tyrion and Dany, the Starks chapters are the ones I look forward to the most. I’m completely and utterly invested in what happens to each member of their family, especially Arya. This family is just full of badassery.

IDK. Just call me, the Stark girl. :-)

Where would you want to live in the GoT world?

I know it’s probably the most common answer, but there is a reason for that. Winterfell is the shit. Sure it’s cold as hell, but it is absolutely gorgeous and quite far away from a certain special douchey child-king. I could definitely see myself breathing in the crisp, fresh air and basking in all that unadulterated green. Being around all those sexy Starks doesn’t hut either.

If I did live in Winterfell I would spend most of my time in the Godswood with several good books. I feel like I could truly be at peace amongst the vibrant scenery whether it be with a book in my hand or Robb between my thighs. Oops… did I say that out loud? Can you say… secret passion in the Godswood?

Favourite quote relating to GoT.

I’m sure everyone can relate to this quote in one way or another and I think that is why it is such a great quote. No matter what your walk of life, there is always going to be something about you someone else does not approve of. Wear it like a badge of honor, make it your strength and never allow it to weaken you.

My ocular albinism made me a target for bullies and a constant source of ridicule. The worst part wasn’t being called a freak, but being treated like a child by friends, family, and strangers. The pity stung more than the slights I received. I’m a perfectly capable grown-ass woman who has survived more in just her childhood years than many adults do in their lifetimes.

I feel very akin to Tyrion in that I’ve learned how to use humor to make what I have unique rather than let it become a disability.

Favorite character from book/show:

Absolutely without contest it has to be Arya.

I mean she is pretty badass. Can you imagine how crazy awesome she’s going to be once she’s an adult?

I”m waiting to start book 3 A Storm of Swords with my buddy Wigs and can’t wait to see where George R.R. Martin takes her character. 

I”m just so much more invested in her story and development than any other character in the series. Love Love Love Arya.
